Laurie was born in Charlotte, is a lifetime resident, and has deep roots in this area. She earned her real estate license in the mid ’80s (before starting a family) but became active 20 years ago once her 3 (now adult) sons were older. Laurie enjoys building relationships with her clients and can be described as “never having met a stranger”. She cherishes the opportunity to share her knowledge about the constantly changing Charlotte market with both buyers and sellers. When she’s not showing property or assisting team lead, Cynthia Pensiero-DeFazio, you will find her enjoying her tennis hobby in Providence Plantation where she resides with her husband, Steve.
